The term “e-Tron” actually appeared on Audi’s own A3 e-Tron concept body around 2011. The Audi e-Tron, released at the 2018 Paris Motor Show, represents the beginning of the era of Audi’s pure electric vehicles. Its appearance does not stand alone because of its identity as an electric vehicle. Many electric vehicles have abandoned the design of the air intake of the water tank cover. However, the Audi e-Tron 55 Quattro retains this function and has the function of air intake and heat dissipation. The taillights have an integrated design, which reminds us whether today’s German electric cars adopt this style? (In fact, e-Tron was published earlier than EQC and Taycan); but to be honest, the design has a high degree of recognition, and it adds a lot to the so-called “future vision”.
In 2020 audi e-Tron interior currently has two power levels of Audi e-Tron 55 Quattro and 50 Quattro. The models we shot this time belong to the former. They are equipp with 95kWh lithium batteries and use an electric motor on each of the front and rear axles. The power system also has a “Boost” function, which switches the driving mode to Sport and presses the electric pedal again. Turbo engine and speed
Some people may ask if you have 3 or 400 horsepower, why limit the top speed to 200km / h? From my past experience of driving several electric vehicles, including Porsche Taycan, M.Benz EQC, and VW e-Golf, I have all the experience of driving to the top speed of these three vehicles, but for electric vehicles, the higher the speed The battery power will also increase (you can imagine playing high-efficiency mobile games until the mobile phone ’s heating power drops quickly).
For example, the official speed data of the Taycan Turbo S is 260km / h. When we test drive in Germany, the speed is unlimit the road once reached 269km / h. Although the acceleration process is not delay, not every owner wants to challenge the top speed all the time. In order to maintain the best electrical efficiency, it is like EQC, I-Pace, and e-Tron. Vehicles are limited to a maximum speed of 200km / h.
Most electric vehicles have a storage space in the original engine room. It can be seen that the e-Tron has a similar design, and it also has a cover! The internal space is not large, but the travel charger is enough.
The charging hole of the Audi e-Tron 55 Quattro is set behind the front leaf plate. The cover will open automatically when you press the open button. The Porsche Taycan also uses a similar design.
e-Tron Driving range
The e-Tron 55 Quattro has a driving range of 436 km. If a home charging device has been installed, the 11kW AC charger configured with the original car can fully charge the battery in 8.5 hours. If a 150kW DC charger is used, 80% of the power can obtain in 30 minutes.
The 2020 audi e-Tron interior design of the e-Tron’s cockpit is similar to that of the new-generation Audi models such as the A8 and Q8. It uses a full LCD instrument panel with a dual-screen configuration of the center console to create a highly recognizable and technologically-oriented interior atmosphere. Although Audi has few new products in Taiwan in recent years, it will gradually introduce more new-generation models from 2020; including e-Tron, its detail texture and design style can say to be quite outstanding.
The e-Tron has a paddle behind the steering wheel, but instead of the traditional shift function, it can adjust the power feedback force through the paddle. Therefore, when the vehicle is decelerating, you can step on the left paddle without pressing the brake pedal. Feedback resistance, in addition to helping the vehicle decelerate, can also recharge the power at the same time to maintain driving endurance.

Full-screen map mode

Since this car is also going to display at the Taipei Auto Show, we have n’t actually driven for a long time, only moving around in the city for a while, but the experience of three colleagues including me, think that driving the e-Tron is easy The experience is both novel and familiar. Audi e Tron has its own unique properties and personality.
Audi plans to launch a total of 12 purely electric vehicles by 2025, and e-Tron is the pioneer.
